This Privacy Policy explains how TechnoEd collects, uses, stores and shares personal data when you visit technoed.in, verify through WhatsApp, purchase or study a course, contact Shloka or support, join the affiliate programme or use browser notifications.
We use personal data to create and secure accounts; verify WhatsApp numbers; process and reconcile payments, refunds and approved challenge rewards; issue receipts; activate course access; save and enforce learning progress; operate quizzes, certificates, support and affiliate services; verify 30-Day 2× Completion Challenge claims; prevent fraud, account sharing and piracy; send transactional, progress and consented marketing communications; measure campaigns; improve the platform; maintain accounting and audit records; and comply with law.
WhatsApp authentication is used for account access. TechnoEd’s Meta WhatsApp agent-based CRM and Shloka may use your contact, order, enrolment, conversation and consent data to authenticate you, provide support, send payment/course updates and, where you consent, send offers or marketing. Automated responses may be generated with AI service providers and may be reviewed by authorised staff. Do not send sensitive financial credentials in chat.
You can withdraw marketing permission through the relevant browser or WhatsApp control, or by emailing support@technoed.in. We may still send essential authentication, security, receipt, payment-status, access and service messages needed to fulfil your request or protect the account.
We use essential session, CSRF, authentication, consent, trusted-device, cart/checkout, progress and notification-subscription storage so the website can work and keep you signed in securely. We may also use analytics, attribution and marketing cookies or browser identifiers through Google and Meta tools. You can delete or block cookies in browser settings and can revoke notification permission in the browser or operating system. Blocking essential storage may sign you out or prevent checkout, trusted-device and progress functions from working.
We share only what is reasonably needed with service providers acting for or alongside us, including PhonePe and banking/payment networks; Meta/WhatsApp; hosting, storage, email and browser-push providers; Google analytics/tag services; AI providers used for Shloka; professional advisers; and authorised support or CRM staff. We may also disclose data to regulators, courts, law-enforcement bodies or other parties when legally required, to protect users and the platform, or in connection with a lawful business transfer. We do not sell your UPI PIN or full card credentials because we do not receive them.
Data is stored in access-controlled application databases, logs, receipt archives and approved service-provider systems. Sensitive payout/account values are encrypted where implemented; passwords and OTP verification values are hashed or otherwise protected. We use role-based access, audit trails, signed links, device checks and transport security. No internet system is completely risk-free.
We retain data for as long as needed to supply course access and support, preserve learning and transaction records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and meet tax, accounting and legal obligations. Short-lived verification data expires according to security settings. When data is no longer required, it is deleted, anonymised or securely isolated according to operational and legal requirements.
You may ask for access to, correction of or deletion of eligible personal data; withdraw consent for consent-based processing; opt out of marketing; revoke browser notification permission; or raise a grievance. Some records may be retained where required for tax, payment, fraud prevention, security, legal claims or continued course access. To submit a request, email support@technoed.in from or with the verified WhatsApp number and provide enough information to authenticate the request.
A person below 18 years must use TechnoEd only with the consent and supervision of a parent or lawful guardian. A guardian may contact us regarding the child’s data or account.
Some technology providers may process data outside your state or outside India, subject to their safeguards and applicable restrictions. We may update this Policy as services or law changes; the updated date will appear above and material changes will be notified where required.
Email the TechnoEd Grievance and Student Support Officer at support@technoed.in. We will acknowledge a grievance within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month. Support hours are Tuesday to Sunday, 10 AM to 6 PM IST.
